TRADE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LIMAS FARM

I. FISH

·  All fish, we Limas Farm. supply, are from our nominated breeders who supply the best quality fish for high quality grades.

·  All fish are selected carefully and treated under suitable circumstances for conditioning.

·  All sizes of fish are as a guide only, however every effort will be made to ship the best available size and quality all the time.

II. PRICE

·  All prices quoted are US Dollar.

·  Any export expenses such as forwarding, truckage to airport, custom charges, packing, and air freight are excluded.

·  All prices are based on Limas Farm Quotation or Proforma Invoice against buyers' inquiries prior to order placement. Limas Farm "Price Lists" are just for buyers' information purposes only.

·  All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

III. ORDER

·  Limas Farm only accepts buyer's order by Limas Farm Quotation or Proforma invoice with buyers' signatures.

·  Due to arrange of fish and shipment etc., buyers' order must be reached to Limas Farm at least Fifteen (15) days prior to requested shipment date. Limas Farm ignores requested shipment date if buyers' order arrival is less than Fifteen (15) days to buyers' requested shipment date.

·  Buyers must inform following information to Limas Farm by email prior to shipment date;

1. Airport of destination
2. Buyer's full address, telephone and Email
3. Airport handling agent, if any

IV. SHIPMENT

·  All shipments are executed by air freight from Jakarta International Airport Mentioned Airport above, there is Export Declaration charge 90$ US Dollars required for one (1) shipment. Transportation charge 35$ US Dollars required for one (1) pick up. All above charges must be borne by buyer.

·  And for Airfreight Rate in each destination please check for rate in each destination.

V. PACKING

·  Suitable numbers of carton are mentioned in Limas Farm Quotation or Proforma Invoice however if buyer insists for his own packing instruction, Limas Farm will follow his instruction.

·  Less fish in a carton is recommend able. However, if buyer's instruction over packing, Limas Farm will NOT compensate any loss of fish.

·  Fishes are packed in double plastic bags in foam box.

·  Box sizes (LWH) and weights as follows; 60 x 45 x 30 (CMS) 15 kgs. (G/WT)

VI. COMPENSATION

·  All claims must be executed in accordance with "Consignee's Report" Buyer must inform to Limas Farm by Email within 24 hours after arrival of cargo to his designated airport. Also if Limas Farm feels above report is NOT enough to proof mortality, Limas Farm might request buyer to submit photo or any kind of proof of mortality and if buyer refuses to submit above proof, Limas Farm will NOT compensate any loss or damage of fish.

·  In case Limas Farm agrees to compensate loss, Limas Farm will deduct the amount of loss of fish from total invoice value for his next shipment.

·  Following is the exceptions for compensation;

a) Buyer nominates specific flight to their designated airports.
b) Consignee's Report" is received more than 24 hours after arrival of goods to buyers' designated airports.

VII. PAYMENT

·  Limas Farm only accepts advance payment by T.T.remittance in US Dollars other currencies will NOT be accepted.

·  Due to the bank procedures, it will take approximately one (1) week to send funds to Limas Farm bank account.

·  Buyer must submit copy of application of remittance with remitting bank's stamp or signature by email to Limas Farm once transfer of funds is completed.

·  Above purpose is to avoid un-necessary delay of shipment
